Bob Allen, CSP, CHMM, REM, CET, CES President
Biography
Bob Allen is a Safety and Environmental
Professional with more than 21 years of experience relating to
occupational safety and health, hazardous materials, and environmental
cleanup, and 13 years of experience in finance and management industries.
Mr. Allen was a successful bank president, management and safety consultant prior to
joining Safety & Environmental Solutions, Inc. in 1995. Mr. Allen
continually draws from his finance, management, and regulatory compliance
experience in his current position as President of SESI. He is also a past
member of Critical Operations and Confined Space Rescue teams. Mr. Allen
is responsible for the development and implementation of safety and environmental
programs for a wide variety of industries such as oil & gas production,
petrochemical, and refineries.
Mr. Allen has delivered a broad curriculum of safety and environmental
training for industrial clients and has served as an adjunct professor at
New Mexico Junior College, Hobbs, New Mexico.

David G. Boyer, PG Hydrogeologist
Biography
David G. Boyer is a Professional Geologist specializing in Hydrology and Water Resources with
more than 28 years experience working in New Mexico and Arizona.
Mr. Boyer has enjoyed a successful career as a hydrogeologist both in the public and private
sectors. Mr. Boyer served as a research and teaching assistant and hydrologist for the University
of Arizona for eight years. After completion of his Master's Degree in 1978, Mr. Boyer joined
the New Mexico Environment Department as a Water Resources Specialist in hydrogeology. Mr. Boyer
founded the Environmental Bureau of the New Mexico Oil Conservation Division in 1984 and served
as Bureau Chief until 1991. Mr. Boyer returned to the private sector in 1991 and has held senior
positions with K. W. Brown Environmental Services, RE/SPEC Inc., Los Alamos Technical Associates,
Inc., and Covenant Technical Associates, Inc.
Mr. Boyer broadens SESI's areas of expertise to include:
Hydrological Investigation and Characterization, Groundwater Quality
Monitoring and Evaluation, Permitting and Compliance Actions for State and
Federal Groundwater Protection Programs, Regulatory Development, Analysis,
and Negotiation, and Expert Witness and Litigation Support in the area of
Groundwater and Water Resources.

Sergio Contreras Field Supervisor
Biography
Sergio Contreras, Jr. is a Safety and Environmental Professional with more than 6 years of
experience, with an emphasis on oil field related cleanups and safety supervision.
Mr. Contreras was hired by Safety & Environmental Solutions, Inc. in 1999 as a Field Technician
and has rapidly expanded his experience and qualifications in the Safety and Environmental Field.
He is now the Field Supervisor, supervising all field operations for the corporation and has also
served as liaison to a major oil company's CO2 expansion project. He has proven to be a valuable
addition to the Safety & Environmental Team.
Mr. Contreras is qualified in Confined Space Entry and Rescue, logging many hours of supervision.
He is also trained in Hazardous Waste Operation and Emergency Response at the Incident Commander
Level. He has received certification from EMP America as Medic First Aid / CPR Instructor and from
the National Safety Council as a Defensive Driver Instructor. He is a qualified instructor for
many of the topics offered by Safety & Environmental Solutions, Inc.
